Fixed it!!!
They work like so...
You put the adapter up to the hub, put the standard bolts through the 3-stud holes and tighten them up (the're countersunk so that when you do them up the bolts are flush against the adapter). Then you put the 4-stud wheel up to the hib and you can fit it!!
Simple as!!
That's pretty cheap they're 200 per axle from work!!!

If my calculations are correct (figured it out from the tyre profiles and I think it's pretty accurate), this is 100mm all round...
